Snowbird rocks. I live nearby and go up as often as I can late afternoons during the week and on weekends. The snow is superb and the resort is huge. I'm an intermediate skier and enjoy runs off Peruvian and Gadzoom. I've also stayed in the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird and must say that the pool and hot tub are fantastic. El Chanate has tasty Mexican food, and the Aerie (top floor of Cliff) has fantastic Sushi and a host of other nice dishes, but a bit pricey.
