I have visited Anzère with my family nearly every year in the past 20. It's far friendlier than Crans-Montana, it's better value for money than Megeve, the weather's better than the Bernese Oberland, the people are friendlier than Austria and the pistes are looked after much better than those in Italy. We'll keep going back to Anzère Try it!
