Very disappointed. I was there for vacation. I'm an 18 year old student and forgot to purchase a ticket for the bus (public transport) and yes I know that's my fault but in Swiss it's normal if you don't have a ticket you get fined 100Fr. But to my suprise... the bus company sued me for an additional 330fr. That's not how you treat visitors/travelers. Like, yeah, it is my fault but 430Fr in total because I was in a rush due to their sucky public transport connections etc..
