I took this picture from the slope called "La Capella", below the "Grande Rochette" summit, while snow shoeing up. Here the hightest trees of la Plagne can be seen, along with Mount Saint-Jacques (2400m) which is part of the ski area and in the background the Italian face of the king of these moutains: the Mont-Blanc !!
